We've been using GPSWOX on our 65-truck freight fleet since September 2023, running on the Business Plan with Ruptela FM-Pro4 devices throughout. For the core job, knowing where vehicles are, where they've been, and whether they deviated from route, it works well.

Route history playback has been accurate enough that we've used it three times to resolve delivery time disputes with clients, and all three times the data was conclusive. That's a practical ROI that justifies the subscription on its own. Fuel monitoring through the Ruptela integration has given us useful data on consumption patterns, we've identified two vehicles consistently running higher than fleet average, which prompted maintenance checks that found real issues.

The main limitation I keep running into is the iOS mobile app. Our drivers and some of the field team prefer working from their phones, but the iOS app is noticeably behind the web dashboard in terms of features. Certain report filters, some alert configuration options, and a few geofencing management tools are simply absent on mobile. It's functional for basic tracking checks, but not for serious day-to-day management on the go.

Web dashboard is solid, support has been responsive, and the Ruptela devices connect without issues. For a fleet of this size on the Business Plan, it's good value.
