API documentation is one of the better ones in this sector. Webhook support is reliable, REST endpoints are well-structured, and rate limits are reasonable. I integrated GPSWOX data into our custom logistics dashboard in about three days. The one thing I'd flag: the sandbox environment sometimes lags 6–8 hours behind production for firmware updates, which caused one confusing afternoon. Decent platform for a mid-size fleet. Route history playback is precise enough for dispute resolution with clients, we've used it a handful of times to verify delivery times. Fuel monitoring integration with our Ruptela devices works well. Where they lose a star: the iOS app still feels one generation behind the web dashboard. Some filters available on desktop simply aren't on mobile. Core tracking and alerting does exactly what it says, though.
