We've been using GPSWOX for our 38-vehicle fleet for over 14 months. The real-time tracking accuracy is genuinely impressive, down to a few meters even in dense city environments. Geofencing alerts have helped us cut unauthorized vehicle use by around 40%, which alone has paid for the subscription several times over.

Setup took about two days with their support team walking us through the Teltonika FMB920 configuration. It wasn't plug-and-play, you need to understand the device parameters, but their documentation covered most of it and the support chat was helpful for the edge cases.

The reporting module is where it really earns its money for us: automatic daily digests that our operations manager can read without ever opening the dashboard. Route history playback is precise enough that we've used it three times to resolve delivery time disputes with clients, and won all three. Driver behaviour tracking gives us useful data on harsh braking and speeding, which we've started including in monthly driver reviews.

The one thing keeping this from a clean five across the board is the iOS app. It's functional but feels one generation behind the web dashboard, some filters and report options simply aren't available on mobile. For field staff who prefer working from their phones, that's a real gap. I've been told a new mobile release is in progress.
